Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Services

• All bookings for Numerology, Pronology, and Vaastu consultations are confirmed once payment is received.
• Sessions are delivered within the stated wait time (2–3 days).

2. Refunds

• As consultations are personalized services, payments are non‑refundable once the session has been scheduled.
• Refunds are only considered if Auura Eternal is unable to deliver the service within the promised timeframe.

3. Rescheduling

• Clients may request rescheduling up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations requested after a session has been delivered are not eligible for refunds.
• If a client cancels before scheduling, the amount may be adjusted against a future booking.
